WP MCP 0.8.107: Site Health can now check mail delivery

WP MCP 0.8.107 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Site Health can now check mail delivery: it reports how the site sends email (PHP mail, SMTP or a mail service plugin, and the effective From address) without exposing credentials, and can send one confirmed test message to your own address or the site admin email.
• Test emails are rate limited, recorded in the audit log, and return the exact failure reason when sending fails, with suggested next steps.
