WP MCP 0.8.116: optimize-media compresses Media Library JPEG and PNG images

WP MCP 0.8.116 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Pro: New optimize-media compresses Media Library JPEG and PNG images, can cap their dimensions and writes WebP and AVIF copies using your server’s own image editor, reporting bytes saved. Nothing is sent to an outside service.
• Every optimization keeps a backup of the originals, so rollback restores the exact files and removes the generated copies. Large libraries are processed in short batches with a cursor, a dry run estimates the savings first, and formats the server cannot produce are reported with a reason.
