WP MCP 0.8.128: File edits to PHP files are now checked

WP MCP 0.8.128 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• File edits to PHP files are now checked: a file that does not parse is refused with the line of the error, and an edit that causes a fatal error on the front end or in admin is reverted automatically in the same call.
• When the site check cannot run on a host, PHP file writes are refused unless you explicitly allow an unchecked write, and the response says the file was not checked.
