WP MCP 0.8.132: Content writes now refuse a post another user has open in the editor

release

WP MCP 0.8.132 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

  • Content writes now refuse a post another user has open in the editor, naming who holds it and when their lock was last refreshed, and write nothing. Your own open editor and expired locks never block, reads and previews are never blocked, and undo waits until the editor is closed.
  • On Elementor 4.3 and later, writes also honor Elementor’s unsaved-changes guard, and an open Elementor editor is told when a document changed underneath it.
  • New filter wpmcp_respect_edit_locks turns the check off site wide.

Download it from the GitHub release, or see this release on the changelog alongside every earlier one.
