WP MCP 0.8.135: sideload-image can now generate an image from a prompt

WP MCP 0.8.135 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• sideload-image can now generate an image from a prompt (with an optional ratio) through the AI provider the site owner connected under Settings > Connectors on WordPress 7.0 and later, and saves it to the Media Library with alt text, the prompt and the model recorded. Calls are refused with a clear reason when no image-capable provider is configured.
• sideload-image now requires the upload_files capability, and every image it adds can be undone with rollback-operation.
