WP MCP 0.8.155: Local-live sync no longer reads or writes in-admin chat conversations or agent

WP MCP 0.8.155 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Security: local-live sync no longer reads or writes in-admin chat conversations or agent memory entries. Change sets exclude them by id or by session, and apply-change-set refuses them even when forced.
• Sync never exports or writes WP MCP’s internal bookkeeping meta (chat state, memory rule fields, staged-edit links), and apply checks the post an entry resolves to as well as the type it claims.
