WP MCP 0.8.159: On sites running the MCP Adapter plugin from WordPress.org

WP MCP 0.8.159 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Fixed: on sites running the MCP Adapter plugin from WordPress.org (0.7.0), confirm prompts and background tasks work again for 2026-07-28 clients over HTTP, and tool listings carry their output schemas again.
• The test gate can now run the whole suite against the latest released MCP Adapter plugin, so a future adapter release that breaks WP MCP is caught before it reaches sites.
