WP MCP 0.8.161: Payment gateway credentials

WP MCP 0.8.161 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Security: payment gateway credentials (API keys, webhook secrets, tokens) are now masked when gateway settings are read through get-option or the REST passthrough, the same way the gateway tools already masked them.
• Writing back a masked gateway setting keeps the stored credential instead of overwriting it.
