WP MCP 0.8.48: WooCommerce brands

WP MCP 0.8.48 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• WooCommerce brands: create, update, delete and assign product brands through the WooCommerce catalog ops, with every change snapshotted so rollback restores it exactly.
• Brand images must be an existing Media Library image or pass the remote media guard, and deleting a brand needs confirmation and reports how many products use it.
