WP MCP 0.8.53: Installing a plugin or theme

WP MCP 0.8.53 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Installing a plugin or theme from an uploaded ZIP no longer waits on the WordPress.org update check, so installs and their rollbacks work on sites without outbound network access.
• The test suite now fails any test that makes an unmocked HTTP request.
