WP MCP 0.8.66: JetEngine, Pods and TranslatePress integrations

WP MCP 0.8.66 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: JetEngine, Pods and TranslatePress integrations. Read field definitions and read or write post field values for JetEngine and Pods (including Pods table storage), and read or write TranslatePress string translations, all snapshotted and undoable with rollback. The tools appear only while one of these plugins is active.
• Field value writes for JetEngine and Pods are off until a site opts in, the same as ACF and Meta Box.
