WP MCP 0.8.70: Product review moderation on the WooCommerce ops

WP MCP 0.8.70 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: product review moderation on the WooCommerce ops. List reviews by product, rating and status, approve, hold, mark as spam, trash, edit the text or reply as the store; every change can be rolled back exactly, rating and verified flag included.
• New: read-only WooCommerce totals reports for sales (by day, week or month), top sellers, orders by status, customers and coupons. They use the store’s analytics tables when those are up to date and fall back to order queries otherwise, and return aggregate figures only.
