WP MCP 0.8.75: WooCommerce payment gateways

WP MCP 0.8.75 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• WooCommerce payment gateways: list and read gateway settings with every key, secret, password and token masked, and change a gateway’s enabled state, title, description, order or non-secret settings, with each change snapshotted for exact rollback.
• WooCommerce system status: read the status report by section with secrets masked, list the status tools, and run allowlisted maintenance tools such as clearing transients or regenerating lookup tables. Tools that delete data need confirm, and every run says why it cannot be rolled back.
