WP MCP 0.8.84: Avada (Fusion Builder) pages can now be read

WP MCP 0.8.84 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: Avada (Fusion Builder) pages can now be read and edited structurally through get-builder-content and update-builder-content. Update, add, remove or move one element by path, or replace the whole layout; untouched elements keep their exact markup.
• Avada’s per-page dynamic CSS is invalidated after every Avada write and rollback, so the page recompiles its styles instead of serving the old ones.
