WP MCP 0.8.87: Thrive Architect pages can now be read

WP MCP 0.8.87 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: Thrive Architect pages can now be read and edited structurally through get-builder-content and update-builder-content. Update, add, remove or move one element by path, or replace the whole layout; untouched markup, including elements wpmcp does not know, keeps its exact bytes, and every write is undoable with rollback.
• Thrive writes keep the Read More excerpt in step and make the page load Thrive’s full styles and scripts until it is optimized again, so edited elements never render unstyled.
• The content mirror now exports and restores Avada, Oxygen 6 and Thrive Architect pages.
