WP MCP 0.8.102: manage-updates applies WordPress core updates

WP MCP 0.8.102 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: manage-updates applies WordPress core updates (and pending database upgrades) only with confirm:true and a fresh full-site backup, with an optional expected-version guard, and toggles plugin and theme auto-updates as undoable changes.
• New: list-plugins with updates:true lists available core, plugin and theme updates together with their auto-update state.
