WP MCP 0.8.138: upload-media can add PDFs

WP MCP 0.8.138 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: upload-media can add PDFs, videos and other large files without sending the bytes through the chat. Pass an https url to import any allowed file type from a public address, or grant: true to get a short-lived, single-use upload link and a ready curl command for a file on your machine.
• Files from a url or an upload link get the same name checks, type sniffing and blocked types as base64 uploads, are capped at the site’s upload limit, and can be undone with rollback-operation. Private addresses and redirects are refused, and upload links are tied to the user who asked for them and logged in the governance audit log.
