WP MCP 0.8.143: WP MCP now takes part in WordPress's personal data tools

WP MCP 0.8.143 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• WP MCP now takes part in WordPress’s personal data tools: Tools > Export Personal Data lists a person’s records from WP MCP’s undo snapshots, activity logs, agent memory, search index and (Pro) chat, and Erase Personal Data removes them.
• An erasure redacts the person inside undo snapshots instead of deleting them, and a redacted snapshot refuses to roll back with the reason, so erased data cannot be restored.
• Large snapshot tables are processed in pages, and WP MCP’s erasure runs after other plugins’ own, so their copies in WP MCP’s snapshots are covered too.
