WP MCP 0.8.142: duplicate-post now keeps the password of a password-protected post on the copy

WP MCP 0.8.142 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Fixed: duplicate-post now keeps the password of a password-protected post on the copy, so a duplicate is protected exactly like its source.
• Fixed: duplicate-post with include_children no longer copies a password-protected child the caller cannot edit; skipped children are listed in the response.
