WP MCP 0.8.146: Pro: TablePress tables

WP MCP 0.8.146 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Pro: TablePress tables. Agents can list, read, export, render and find where a table is placed, create tables, edit cells, insert and delete rows and columns, update options, copy, rename the id, delete, import CSV, JSON or HTML, and place a table on a page, all through TablePress’s own table model. Every write is snapshotted and can be rolled back.
• TablePress ops run on the existing plugin-data tools, so they add no tools where those tools already appear, and edits that would leave a table with rows of unequal length are refused.
