WP MCP 0.8.168: On a multisite network, whole-database backup, restore and migration tools

WP MCP 0.8.168 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Security: on a multisite network, whole-database backup, restore and migration tools (trigger-backup, restore-site-backup, the backup job tools, rewrite-site-urls, push-site-archive and receive-site-archive) now require a network administrator. A sub-site administrator could previously back up every site’s tables including password hashes, or restore network tables to become a super admin. Single-site installs are unchanged.
