WP MCP 0.8.169: On multisite, the database tools now stay inside the current site

WP MCP 0.8.169 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Security: on multisite, the database tools now stay inside the current site for anyone who cannot manage the network. A site administrator can no longer read or change network tables, the main site’s tables or other sites’ tables, and network options are write-protected by default. Please update.
• Security: the query tool no longer lets 1--1 style arithmetic hide a read of the users table, and MariaDB executable comments are refused.
