WP MCP 0.8.77: get-rendered-html can now continue a read from a byte offset

WP MCP 0.8.77 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• get-rendered-html can now continue a read from a byte offset, returns the next offset to read from, and includes a content hash so agents can tell when a page changed between reads.
• get-rendered-html now checks that you can read the requested post, and explains that drafts cannot be rendered because the page is fetched as a logged-out visitor.
• get-rendered-html keeps every request pinned to this site’s own address and never forwards cookies or login credentials.
