WP MCP 0.8.78: BuddyPress integration

WP MCP 0.8.78 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: BuddyPress integration. Read groups, group members, the activity stream and extended profile fields; create and update groups, edit profile field definitions, and hide or delete activity items, all snapshotted and undoable with rollback. The tools appear only while BuddyPress (or another supported data plugin) is active.
• Member email addresses are only shown to users who can list users, and activity meta such as IP addresses is never returned.

Download it from the GitHub release, or see this release on the changelog alongside every earlier one.
