WP MCP 0.8.92: Browse and import Spectra's remote pattern library through the block suite

WP MCP 0.8.92 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Pro: Browse and import Spectra’s remote pattern library through the block suite pattern tools while Spectra is active. Only free Gutenberg block patterns are offered, each import is one undoable write, and its images are brought into the Media Library through the same guarded download as other remote media.
• The library is contacted only when an agent asks for it, with no license key and no site address sent, and answers are cached for a day. See External services in the readme.
