WP MCP 0.8.93: get-site-health runs the Site Health tests, including those other plugins add

WP MCP 0.8.93 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• New: get-site-health runs the Site Health tests, including those other plugins add, and returns each result’s status, label, badge, description and recommended action as plain text.
• Async Site Health tests run within a time bound (default 10 seconds, up to 30); any that do not finish in time are reported as not completed instead of holding the call open.
• get-site-health can run a subset of tests, or return the last full run from cache without rerunning anything.
