WP MCP 0.8.94: Ready for the next WordPress MCP adapter

WP MCP 0.8.94 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Ready for the next WordPress MCP adapter: both the HTTP endpoint and the stdio transport now speak MCP protocol 2026-07-28 (sessionless discovery via server/discover) alongside 2025-11-25.
• When the canonical MCP Adapter plugin is active, WP MCP now uses it instead of its bundled copy, so the two never conflict.
• The server card lists every protocol revision the endpoint answers.
