WP MCP 0.8.140: OAuth sign-in from MCP clients now works on sites installed in a subdirectory

WP MCP 0.8.140 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• OAuth sign-in from MCP clients now works on sites installed in a subdirectory and on subdirectory multisite subsites: the authorization server metadata is also served at the site’s /.well-known/openid-configuration address, and a network’s main site answers the domain-root discovery addresses for its subsites.
• The Connection screen now lists the OAuth discovery addresses MCP clients use for this site.
