WP MCP 0.8.141: The content and store tools now follow WordPress's publishing permissions

WP MCP 0.8.141 is out. Here is what changed in this release:

• Security: the content and store tools now follow WordPress’s publishing permissions. Creating a post, page, product or coupon needs that type’s create capability, and publishing, scheduling or making it private needs its publish capability, so Contributors can save drafts and submit for review but no longer publish, and Authors can no longer create pages. Editors, Administrators and Shop Managers are unaffected.
